Application Procedure
Step 1 - Submit an Application
A. Complete and submit the following forms:
• Application for Enrollment (one per family)
• Student Application (one per student)
B. Submit the following documentation:
• Letter of Recommendation from the student’s Pastor or Youth Minister
• Copy of Immunization Record
C. Submit an application fee as specified on the Application for Enrollment.
• K-3rd Grade: $50
• 4th-5th Grade: $125
• 6th - 12th Grade: $225 (first and second students)
Step 2 - Make an Appointment for an Interview
This is a time for the parents and student(s) to sit down with us and get to know one another. We will assess the student’s learning style and will seek to establish rapport with the student.
